Built comprehensive production packages with detailed specifications for materials including flags, poles, lighting, and signage and coordinated with vendors to fabricate and deliver assets on a tight turnaround. Partnered closely with vendors to uphold design integrity and ensure quality control, maintaining clear communication across stakeholders to achieve a seamless on-site installation.
